Had a recent visit to the dealership and was working with Keith Reynolds. He listened to my needs and went above and beyond to try and find the right car just for me! I had some credit issues and was sure I wouldn't be approved; however, he made it happen! He was patient and diligent with his approach. I never felt rushed and he walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend if you shop this dealership that you ask for Keith. Well you know, you hear everyone say the same thing. "We can help", "We can make it happen", "Just fill out an app". Well I did. I have crappy credit and I know that. I have been trying to fix it over the past three years since my divorce. I filled out the app online on 9/19/2018, that was a Wednesday. I received an immediate response thanking me for my application and stating that someone would contact me shortly, and also gave me a reference number. So on 9/21/2018 that Friday I still hadn't heard from them so I called them directly. A woman answered the phone and asked how she could help I told her what was going on and she asked for my reference number. I gave it to her she then said she would be texting me an email to which I would need to send my most recent check stub and copy of my driver's license, and told me to let her know as soon as it was done .
